Sergei Andruha has been in the real estate finance industry for well over ten years and has enjoyed every minute of it. His experience includes processing loans, originating loans, managing and training loan officers and selling mortgage loans to loan officers in a wholesale capacity for both Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase. Sergei's specialty has always been working on purchase transactions, coordinating multiple parties to bring together a smooth and comfortable experience for the buyer and their agent.
