Zephyr's management is a highly respected group of active industry leaders who are on-call to support you and your agent.

	William Drypolcher, CRB, President Owner and founder of Zephyr Real Estate, Bill became a REALTOR® Broker in 1975 and founded Zephyr in 1978. Named "REALTOR® of the Year" in 1986, Bill served as President of the San Francisco Association of REALTORS® (SFAR) in 1987. He also served on the Mayor's Housing task Force and was a Commissioner of the San Francisco Housing Authority from 1990 - 1993. Bill frequently testifies as an expert witness in real estate litigation matters.
	Randall Kostick, CRB, Chief Operating Officer Randall joined Zephyr in 1986. He became a Sales Manager for the Noe Valley office in 1998, an ownership partner in the firm in 2000 and currently acts as the company's General Manager. Randall holds an M.B.A. degree from the University of Hawaii Graduate School of Business and a CRB certification from the Real Estate Brokerage Managers Council. He served for six years as a Director for the San Francisco Association of REALTORS® and spent four years on its Executive Board.
	Don Saunders, CRB, Managing Broker/Partner, West Portal Office Don joined Zephyr Real Estate as Sales Manager of the West Portal office in 2001 having been a REALTOR® since 1978. Don was President of SFAR in 1997, and on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee for the California Association of REALTORS® where he also was active as chairman on several of the organization's committees.
	Ilse Cordoni, CRB, Managing Broker/Partner SOMA Ilse joined Zephyr as Sales Manager of the 24th Street office in 1990, having been a REALTOR® Broker since 1976. In 1998, she became Sales Manager of our Brannan Street office. Ilse was named SFA "REALTOR® of the Year" in 1993, and has chaired the Standard Forms Committee in 1993, 2000, 2001 and th Professional Standards panel in 1994 and 2005. She is 2009 President of the San Francisco Association of REALTORS® and serves as a Director of the California Association of REALTORS®.
	Matthew Borland, CRS, CRB, ePro, Managing Broker/Partner, Pacific Heights Office Matthew joined Zephyr in 2004, and opened the Pacific Heights office in 2007. He served as the 2006 president of the San Francisco Association of REALTORS®, and is also a director for the California Association of REALTORS®. Matthew has been a guest speaker on real estate technology and marketing related topics for various industry events and remains a leader in organized real estate.
	Rob Rogers, Managing Broker, Upper Market Office During his 20 years in the real estate industry, Rob successfully negotiated nearly 1,000 transactions, earning top Producer status year after year and designation by RealtorMag.com as one of the top 300 agents in the country. Rob brings his varied experiences and in-depth market expertise to his role as Managing Broker of the Upper Market office, a position he accepted in 2008.
	Aimee Arost, CRB, Managing Broker, Noe Valley Office. Aimee joined Zephyr Real Estate in 2002 after practicing law in San Francisco for five years. A consistent top-producing agent with experience in real estate litigation and landlord-tenant disputes, Aimee was appointed Assistant Sales Manager at the SoMA office in 2006 and became Managing Broker at Noe Valley in 2008. Apart from her own active participation in the community, Aimee is proud to support a variety of organizations selected by her clients.
