    Noriko Williams, Director of Administration
    Noriko joined Zephyr Real Estate in 1988. She has filled progressively more responsible positions as part of the Zephyr management team - from office manager to her current position in corporate administration. As the Director of Administration, she manages the administrative services staff insuring continuity in the full range of services for agents in each of Zephyr's sales offices as well as the organization and implementation of company policies. Noriko also serves as a member of the management team, developing policy for human resources, fiscal reporting and strategic planning in addition to day-to-day operational liaison with the agent support staff.

     
    Joe Scrogham, Project Manager
    Joe joined Zephyr in 1996, changing careers from work as an insurance broker specializing in employee benefits. Current responsibilities include statistical sales analysis reporting, human resource policy implementation and cultivating quality agent / company interaction.

     
    Lori M Bradley, Relocation Director & Advertising Coordinator
    Lori joined the Zephyr team in 1998 in the newly opened SOMA office. Her current priorities include managing relocation and referral relationships as well as coordinating the placement of print media for open homes and display advertising.

     
     
    Hud Bixler, Director of Technology
    Hud is responsible for Zephyr enterprise technology, and supports agents with their individual needs as well. He has launched a number of initiatives to enhance and expand on the company’s impressive legacy systems. As an expert in real estate technology, Hud has worked with many of San Francisco's Top Producing agents. With a comprehensive yet relaxed approach, he is able to tailor technology needs to individuals while still providing complete integration with company networks and services. Most recently, he was the Technology Manager at Pacific Union/GMAC Real Estate, working with offices and agents throughout the Bay Area.

     
    Melody Brown, Director of Marketing
    Melody brings over 15 years of real estate marketing experience and a deep understanding of technology platforms to the Zephyr team. As Director of Marketing, she oversees and coordinates all advertising and marketing initiatives for properties, agents and company image. She made the move to Zephyr to work closely with the technology director and bring the company to the place where technology and marketing meet. Previously, she worked at Paragon Real Estate Group and Pacific Union GMAC Real Estate.
